Dear Brethren and Ladies,

On behalf of the Valley of Thunder Bay Scottish Rite Brethren, I extend a warm welcome to the 137th Supreme Council Sessions in Thunder Bay, the centre of Canada.

We have provided information in your registration kit to some of the points of interest in our city. We encourage you to speak to any of the committee members who will be wearing the Blue Scottish Rite Jackets. We will have buses to escort all participants from the Victoria Inn, Crossroads Best Western Hotels to the Valhalla Inn for all the activities. Buses will also pick up the brethren and ladies for Vesper Service at St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, at their hotels.

On Friday for the Ladies Program, buses will be at all three hotels at 9:00 a.m. Following the Sessions on Saturday, we will be leaving to go to Old Fort William for the final wind-up, and buses will be at your hotel.

The Committee looks forward to making the 137th Annual Supreme Council Sessions one to remember, and your visit to Thunder Bay rewarding and entertaining.

You are hereby notified that the Annual Session of this Supreme Council will be held in the City of Thunder Bay, Ontario, commencing on Thursday, the 15th of September, 2011 at 3:00 o'clock p.m. Daylight Savings Time. General Sessions will be held in the Scandia Room 1 & 2 of the Valhalla Inn.

By virtue of the powers conferred under ART. 5. (c) of the Statutes of this Supreme Council 33°, the days commencing Wednesday, September 14th, continuing through Saturday, September 17th, are hereby designated as Executive Sessions to be part of the above Annual Session, and accordingly we summon the Active and Past Active Members of our Council to attend there at.

To all Honorary Inspectors-General:
Although the Statutes and Regulations do not allow Honorary Inspectors-General to attend the Executive Sessions of Supreme Council, the Sovereign Grand Commander, by special dispensation, invites you to attend, as an observer, those Executive Sessions taking place on Wednesday, September 14th and Thursday, September 15th.

Please come and see your Supreme Council as it conducts its business.
